Is there a place on this forum where you can tell the negetive things about Guild Wars?

i think the sardelec sanitarium, it the one about suggestions for the game, also be sure to use the search button, because i know there are threads about this

Yeah, the suggestions forum is the best place for stuff like this. Just don't go in there expecting to get away with a flame; as long as you post insigtful solutions you might actually be able to get something changed.

Yep this one dude got banned (I hope not from game), I think he was asking for it though, I'm like halfway there for asking to get banned, I think
